Draw the white of an eye with whiteout. Then outline with a marker then draw an eyeball .
(Eyelashes, eyebrows and eye makeup optional) Smudge some lipstick on it if you want it to look bloodshot.

The third eye is the doorway to sight of the spiritual realm. It is the sight that gives you understanding of the spirit and healing/health in the physical (just naming a little of it's power) Christianity and God would rather smack it shut and close it for you.
To them it is Satanic. So I don't dare help you learn to open it.
Only you can open it.

If your not a chistian.and want to be Just pray and ask jesus to come into your heart&Life.Find a good Bible based church to go to that you feel comfortable at.It sometimes takes time to get gifts from God and sometimes you don;t even know what your gifts are.You just have to Read your Bible(study the word),Pray,Love the Lord with all your heart.Ask for God to reveal your gifts to you.Although He will reveal them on his time.Not yours.But,you have to have the Lord in your life first.Gifts usually don't come just like that.But,If the Lord wants them to they can.And also give God Praise!And the best way to pray is outloud! It took me along time to know that.I've hoped I've helped you.

You can.
Visualise the eye and feel it in the centre of your head just between your eyebrows. Then visualise it opening and visualise lots of pure white light shining into it
