My fiance and I love each other very much. Everything's great between us...but he as a person likes to have fun. He likes to take it easy, find the humor in everything, because like he says life is too short.
He makes fun of me a lot...and would only love it if i did the same thing to him. But even though I know he only does that to add humor to situations...it gets to me sometimes, especially when i'm PMSing. I end up making a mountain out of a molehill and ruin both of our moods.
I promise myself each time that I won't allow myself to get upset over silly things again, but he would say another funny comment and there we go all over another time.
Anybody been in a similar situation? What do you do to become less sensitive and find the humor in it?

The definition of funny is something you both can laugh at. No one likes to be made fun of. Sounds like he may be insensitive?

During those times when you're very sensitive- you could just say and laugh- that I'm going through that PMS thing and I'm going to PMS ALL OVER YOU!

he isn't making fun at you.........
cause life is short or any other bull he is trying to pedal.......
he is picking on you..cause you are an easy target....... he is a bully..making you feel insecure and upset
people that love you....don't destroy your confidence, embarass or belittle you
tell him to grow up...there are better ways to have fun that to pick on people........
when you tell him what people say around here...
he is going to probably say..

take a note from Jeff Dunham.........Get on your menstral cycle and run is butt over----the cycle sounds like b******tccchh...b******tchhh..nag nag nag( think the words to the sounds of a motorcycle) lol
how about finding a code word to let him know that you arent finding it funny anymore and it then he can stop???

Damn, you sound like my wife! Well, I learned not to joke about things that might bother her. Still do at times, just rarely. Just tell him what bothers and what doesn't.

Tell him honestly that some of the things he says hurts you!!!...Make a pact...that when he goes to far .... you say one word...and he stops...If he doesn't it may be that he means the things he says....Good Luck
