Try a really nice gourmet market. I've seen it at Farm Fresh and Walmart, tho.

I have seen it in Tesco, Sainsbury and Waitrose but you might try your local health food shop and if they do not have it you could grind up a Matzo cracker and use that. It is, afterall made with flour and water. All the best to you. Mazeltov!

Where do you live? State, province,city? Matzo meal is available in a Jewish grocery store. Many larger grocery stores carry it also in their international products isle.

Sweetie, you buy the Matzoh.

You lay it between sheets of waxed paper and use a rolling pin to crush it into fine crumbs.

Then, you make Matzoh balls.
