There's a guy i really care for, we work together sometimes. We spend time together outside work aswell. We flirt alot and he is always touching me and hugging me. He is always the one starting the flirting. Anyway at first it was just a bit of fun, but now its gotten more serious. Alot of the time i think he might really like me, other times i think he's just having a bit of fun. Usually i'd go with my gut, but i can never be sure. Im starting to think maybe he's not sure how he feels?

Most of the time it can be very confusing for a guy because if he's really close to you he may have difficulty determining if he is just sexually attracted to you or if he genuinely loves you.
If he really likes and respects you then this confusion could cause him to hold back.
I would suggest you ask him as it sounds like you are close enough to get a straight answer, but if he answers that he isn't sure then respect that answer as it's probably true.

i would say that when it comes to love feelings men and women are similar.. but men show less of what they feel and think compare to women. Why don't you try to ask him for a date and see what happens? and while you are at it, why don't you ask how he feels about you?
