Yes, the army has more boats than the navy(not ships, there's a difference), The navy has more fighters than the air force and the army has more aircraft, but only if you count helicopters,. It can be confusing, there is a base in the Azores ( I think it was the Azores,) where the navy runs the airfield, the air force maintains the ground facilities and the army patrols the harbor,

I doubt they have more boats than the Navy. As far as aircraft, do you mean fighters or soldier & cargo transports? I'm sure the Army has a LOT of aircraft, but they probably don't have a lot of fighters, since the Air Force used to be part of the Army, until after WWII.
I'd say that after the Air Force, the Navy has the second most amount of fighters.

The Army has a lot of small boats that are used by the Army divers, Corps of engineers and such. 99% are not sea going types although they do have some that are. As far as aircraft, they have a butt load of helicopters and small planes but not near the level of the Airforce and Navy

Yes the U.S. Army is the largest fighting force in the world, most people. They have more Jets / planes than the Airforce and more boats then the Navy......
