when you get angry blood rushes to the face thus red with anger,when scared or shocked blood leaves the face ,causing it to become pale looking, thu white in the face

because when we get angry, our blood pressure rises and gets closer to the surface of the body, hence the red. white in shock because when in shock all our blood vessels constrict to maintain perfusion of our organs and not our skin, so blood is drawn away from the skin, hence the white affect. Don't think that is quite the answer you were looking for due to the 'joke and riddle' subject you put it under, but i couldn't think of anything that was funny!

while in anger blood circulation and pressure increases so face becomes red . While in shock circulation reduces especially on skin so face turn into pale or white.Also it turns to blue if somebody is about to die.

Actually this is the truth. When we are angry the blood circulation increases turning us red. But when we are afraid the circulation slows down and we turn white and cold.
