Manipilating energy?

Question

I want to know about manipilating energy. Anything you've got will be appreciated deeply. Please help.

The first energy you need to manipulate is that within yourself. Yoga is one good way, or some of the simpler practices, anyway.

Sit on the floor if you are comfortable that way, or in a straight-backed chair. Make your spine very straight: imagine a cord in the middle of your head, like a Christmas tree ornament, and pull yourself up by it. Close your eyes and try to make the inside of your eyelids into a blank screen, like a movie screen when the show has not yet started. Start a deep, low hummmmm from the bottom of your chest, and rise it slowly into your upper chest, and out your mouth. Traditionally, the word used to do this is "aum."

Now, as you are aligning all the forces within you, focus your True Will. What is the basic goal of this gathering of forces? To what do you focus your attention?

And remember the witch's rede: What you do returns to you three-fold. Do good, and that's a great thing. Do harm . . . pretty darn dangerous.

Sure thing Kiddo. I like the the three A's because it is simple and effective. First Awareness, be aware that what You believe to be so is so; this begins the manipulation of energy. Second Alignment, You must be aware that what You believe to be so is so because all energy vibrates at different frequencies and these frequencies are atuned to how You feel; an example being if You feel like crap Your vibrating emotionally at a lower frequency and attract that to You. So it is imparitive that You Align Your emotion into a positive, like Hopefulness or Joyousness; then You attract that to You which enhances Your manipulation ablities. Third Allow, this is the part that so many fall down on but it is the simplist. You must Allow the manipulation that You seek to happen by remaining absolutely positive in Your thoughts and speech. You may entertain no doubt or it won't work. Simple, no jazz; and it works. I know it works because I've been doing it for ages and my life is incredible!!! Go on, give it a try; You'll never look back over Your shoulder when all the good things You could ever want rains down into Your life!!!

Spiritual energy is in constant contact with "the binding". This is the bioelectric and biomagnetic fields that surround us all. It is the interface to those fields that you must first learn to manipulate. This comes from directing your own bioelectric energy.
Step one: controlling your bioelectric field internally.
Teach yourself to make the palm of your dominate hand hot
literally thinking and practicing placing energy into your palm.
You will have mastered this when you can make a tiny spot hot then the entire hand then return to the tiny spot.
Once you have learned to control your own bioelectric fields then you can move on to other things.
