Go to oriental trading. They will have the best variety for the best price.
We used them last year for our preschool program and they loved the necklaces and this where we got ours. We recieved a ton of them for next to nothing and were giving them to the children for months as incentives.

target or any party store should have them.
also if youre a teacher you might want to spell it correcty, it's mardi gras. it's french and it means fat tuesday. gras is fat, not grase.
also, there is nothing wrong with teaching kids about mardi gras, all that it's about is eating a lot before you fast for lent. also it's a good way for kids to start learning french

Wal-Mart in the party supply section. I have to wonder too; why would you teach little kids about Mardi-Gras? If it's based around learing about Louisiana, maybe you should dive into jazz.

Try Hobby Lobby, or any other crafts store. They won't be hard to find.
