There is no time frame mentioned as to the second coming of Jesus only the Father did knows the exact time when this will happen.

Acts 1:9 to ff "And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;
11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven."

The place is mount olive.

Yes, all people on earth will be able to see him descent from heaven on Judgment day.

The Bible says "Blessed are those who believed and yet do not see" meaning those who do not see Jesus in person.

If you are referring to the second coming, no one knows much about that, and the only thing people will tell you here are opinions that in the end don't matter much anyway (no offense, because I used to have convictions about stuff like this too.)

If you read revelation (last book of the bible), or a commentary about revelation, you can find alot of interpretations. here, you can't really get a definitive answer, since no book can logically came to be true concerning his return, and everything else is talked about in the bible.

Every eye shall see and every heart will know. Still trying to work out how? TV seems the most practical way to fulfill that at this point. Also I have wondered about the time - 3am some places 2pm others...
