U shud have asked this question from the person who gave u this absurd and impractical idea.
Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

I have read that a tablespoon of red wine vinegar is very healthful.
Personally, I drink the juice from pickle jars. Especially, Clausen pickles. The juice is delicious and very good for you. It does have a high sodium content so don't overdue it but a few oz. a day are great!

i used to drink apple cider vinegar for this, it doesnt do much except speed up your metabolism a bit. but it helps if youre dieting and exercising as well. get a shotglass and take a shot before each meal if youre only eating three square meals a day and make sure its at least 2 hours before you exercise. sometimes if you do them too closely together you could get a tummyache.
so you should only be taking 3 shots a day.
but exercising with it helps a lot.
you can get different kinds of vinegars but the one you want for this is the apple cider one and no others.
