Hiya Folks,
Right ok, i am reaching 29 and my metabolism has decided to say " im bored of you loco - i'm going to die now" lol which has now left me with a fat gut and going up 3 jean sizes! (was a 30 - beginning to enter the dark realm of being a 36 lol) now i know i need to do something to shift this ------ anyone here had great results getting rid of their fat tummies? or anyone know of any EFFECTIVE ways to lose fat around the tummy?

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Do plenty of crunches , no less than 100 a day and plenty of exercise. The body ball is a good tool for sit-ups and crunches.

Spot reduction won't work,the only way to lose fat is intense cardio exersice and a good diet or liposuction.
