no it's a sign of being spoiled and dominance over you and demanding your attention. don't give in. tell mojo (great name) NO in a firm voice not angry or yelling, and to sit and stay. if mojo does not know how to do this and if you haven't been to training yet. do so. do not stop the attention from the other dog to give to mojo. that is not acceptable behavior and does not need to be reinforced. good luck to you.
now i'm just curious. why would you say something that sounds like no, but isn't no? should you use the french or sweedish word for no? am i missing something here? can a dog understand that you didn't say no just something like it? i say to use no because it is what an english person is familiar with for meaning.......... well no or stop it. you could say pizza as far as i'm concerned. as long as it's in a firm and not angry or yelling tone.

Pat them both at the same time. Or you could give Mojo a bone to chew on while patting your other dog. Otherwise you can go to pat your other dog. Every time Mojo barks say a sharp clear sound that sounds like 'No' but isn't. Every time you go over to pat your other dog and Mojo doesn't bark give Mojo a dog treat. Then when he/she knows not to bark you can stop giving Mojo the treats. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT SAY 'NO!' THIS IS A HUGE MISTAKE!

Yes, it could be a sign of jealousy. Watch Cesar Milan's show, he just had a segment on jealous dogs. He put the jealous dog on a lead where it was up on the top of its neck and the woman sat down with the other dog. She was petting the other dog when the jealous one tried to get into her lap. She tugged on the leash and said no but gave him attention as well. I don't understand this method but it seemed to work like always.
I'm thinking about getting a dog but I watch his show to see how to train the dog correctly.
I also think that you should ask a professional dog trainer this question.

yes, that's exactly what it is, all dogs get very attached to their owners and can feel threatened and intimidated by other dogs coming near you. when you pay attention to your other dog, mojo is probably getting jealous because he wants all of your affection and attention to go to him. the best way to fix this is to show your dog equal amounts of attention and do things with both of them at the same time, example walking them together so they get used to doing things together and not always with you, this will help mojo to stop being so jealous and will make it easier for you to play with both your dogs without the other getting jealous. hope this helped = )

Your dog is for you but an intimate friend. He must divide his affection with your family, good friends and maybe with another dog or with a cat. But for your dog, you are his only best friend. Most of the dogs are used to this agreement and are happy with it. But on some cases they are a bit jealous, overall when the competitor a new comer to the family, as is a baby or another animal. Some dogs show its annoyance getting in between you and the one that has your attention. Or they show themselves aggressive, growling and trying to bite its rival. Your dog thinks he has the right to ask for your attention. Jealousy can cause real problems between both of them. When more time Your dog is for you but an intimate friend. Your dog thinks he has the right to ask for your attention. Jealousy can cause real problems between both of them. When more time goes by the more serious it will get.
Give Him Part of Your Time: Dogs that suffer from jealousy can be very obstinate. He will try to caress your hand with his snout; he will rub against you and follow you around the house like a shadow. Although sad as it may be, you mustn't submit to his pleas of paying attention only to him when so he demands. If you do, he will ask for more and will become anxious if you should deny him attention. The best is to give him a few minutes several times a day to give him full attention. After that, be disposed to ignore him or to do his things. This will help him understand that he must respect his limits until he discovers that he can't monopolize all your attention.
Make Your Authority Prevail: While feeling guilty for not paying attention to the dog, he will perceive your weakness and ask you for more. This is no time to attend its fleas, but to demand things before petting that insist in snout, make him sit or lie down. This way he will understand that it is you and not him who is the master also. To make him sit or lie down, you situate him in a lower and subordinated position. This will diminish his status in the house and will make him understand that he is there to obey orders. If your dog ignores these orders, is because he thinks he is the boss. The obedience classes will teach him to understand.
I hope this helps good luck and best wishes.

Yes, i think. This happened to my dog when my cousin came over. If you treat them the same, you should see a vet. I did.
