I got back to Japan from Europe late last night. I had a huge lay over in Taipei and little sleep but still not sleepy when I got home. I went to bed at 5am and usually would wake up by noon if I were at home with other people in the house but at my apt now wth no one making noise I slept til 7pm! I have to start work day after tomorrow. What should I do? Stay up til 7pm tomorrow?? thats a long time! :(

Get acclamated to the new time zone as quickly as possible. I would either try to sleep through a portion of the night, or stay up all night and day tomorrow.

Also, drink a lot of water as dehydration causes many of the jet lag symptoms.

Go to sleep.

You will get back in a routine in a few days. You might be sleepy on Monday, but you will make it.
