how can i buy something with paypal if i do not live in a country accepted by paypal?

i would like to buy an ebook at the website www.christianmiracleprayer.com but they only accept paypal while i cannot have a paypal account because i live in a country that is not accepted by paypal.Can somebody helps me ? can i send someonethe $7.77 through egold so that the person can buy the ebook and send it to me via email?
