Well when there's several things. There is the sodium levels, trans fat levels and how it is prepared matters.
But the biggest problem I find is that people have issues with portion control and that makes the act of eatting junk food out-of-control.

junk food is unhealthy because they usually contain staturated fat and also a high salt content which can be really bad for the heart. A high salt content in foods would cause hypertention, as the blood becomes thicker and it experiences resisitance to flow in the arteies. this resistance to flow would damage the endothelial lining of the arteries and would cause the further closing of the lumen of the artery. The consequential closing of the artery at the heart would in turn cause a heart attack.
trans fat also causes the deposition of fats onto the walls of our arteries, thus leading to heart attack.

Logically junk food are cooked in deep-oil,
hence the food contain a lot of oil.
Oil make people sick, unhealthy and put on weight.
Think abt this : Do u think fat people are healthy ?
Answer : No.
Fat people cannot run, cannot jump,

Junk food is processed & artificial. It contains unhealthy amounts of saturated trans fats. It has absolutely no fibre. A low fibre diet leads to constipation, bowel irregularity, and bowel diseases like colon cancer. Low fibre diets have caused adults to become big consumers of laxative and stool softening agents. Most of these agents would not be needed if people added more fibre to their diets.
Oil & fat in junk food makes people obese & lazy. They find it difficult to remain active. They become compulsive eaters. They cannot resist mini-marts at service stations, drive-in windows at fast-food establishments, packaged fast-food meals and "super-size" servings of high-fat, high-calorie foods. At a fast food joint, fries & drink itself add above 800 calories...the burger isnt even touched yet

I remembered a man doing a test on the macdonalds burger, was having the double decked big mac, and large fries every meal, in the end he put on ard 8kg within a month. Do your own test, sacrisfie for your debute, do your own test and see how much you can put on......

It is just for test.
No nutritional value remain after cooking it.some time mixed acidic things with milk.
