chicharo is pea in Spanish.

Chicharo is a word including various legumes - must be a term of endearment, a bit like the French use of choux (cabbage) for 'darling'.

chicharos are in Spain "peas"
but in this sentence I suppose that is an affectionate word, like honey or something like that (I think)

chícharo = haricot (bean)
Mi perfecto dulce chícharo = My perfect sweet haricot (I think)
