Okay, angels are lighter than air presumably, or they have wings, or both; but what about Jesus? Did the angels hoist him up or what?
Or was he already a spirit by the time he ascended?
Yeah well don't tell me he consisted mostly of helium, and all he had to do was kick off his metal shoes and commence the ascent, no that won't do. I'm asking for cogent replies here, folks.

In the days of Christ, gravity behaved differently for enlightened persons such as Jesus. Either that, or the stories in the Bible describing such events are just that... stories written down by primitive, superstitious people.

Guess that's not a cogent reply. Sorry.

Being God, he would have knowledge of all the forces in the universe. He simply developed an antigravity engine (took him three days) and possibly an interdimensional transport so he could disappear at a suitable altitude. After 40 days of test flights, he was ready.

Why are you being so mean spirited and hateful and trying to ridicule Jesus the lord of the Christian people? And even with that some will be kind enough to answer you.

God lifted Him up. It's called a miracle. Natural laws are no hindrance to God. God can over-rule a natural law or just set it aside anytime He wants to. God created the natural laws. Certainly He is not subject to His own creation. Why would He create laws that He Himself had to obey? That would be like building a jail cell from the inside out and then when you are done you lock yourself in and throw away the key. Now you're a slave to your own creation. That would be stupid. God is not stupid. God is not subject to His own natural laws.
