My microsoft word used to have those spell checks thingy, where red squiggly lines appear below misapelled words. Now it doesn't do that. I really need it.... >_> Anyone know hoe to get it back?

Well, I tried to look for a spell checker in the Edit, but all I could find was a "Update IME Dictionary..." I clicked it, and it said "The current IME does not support editing the user dictionary." Does this have to do with anything....?Thanks

may have disabled it by mistake... click "Tools" on the menu bar, then "Options". Now click the "Spelling and Grammar" tab, check "Check spelling as you type" box, then "OK"

This should turn back on auto spell check in MS Word.

STEP 1: Go to the Tools menu.
STEP 2: Select Spelling and Grammar.
STEP 3: Click the Options button.
STEP 4: Select the Check Spelling as You Type checkbox.

And you're set.

Re-install Word from the original disk you bought. That will restore all defaults including spell checking.
