Sexual drive is very natural but pretending to be holy is bad..There had been hnudreds of cases of sexual abuse by priests! The dioceses are paying heavy compensation for it.Why cant they get out and marry and lead a decent life?

Sexual abuse is not caused by celibacy. The vast vast majority of sexual abuser are not celibate and many are married. Sexual abuse by anyone is wrong and horrible and so it is if done by priests too. How many cases of child sex abuse has been done by the children's own fathers? Do you suggest men don't have children as a way of solving that problem, No that would be ludicrous.
To imply that priests do not lead a "decent life" is also ludricrous and shows a lack of understanding on your part of the lives they lead and the tremendous sacrifices they make and the wonderful work they do. Of course all you hear about are the "bad apples" that make the news.

I am Catholic, and I do agree with you that Catholic Priests should be permitted to marry Catholic women, who are also very dedicated to God and their Faith. It would ease quite a bit of tension.
However, on the other side of the coin, I personally feel, and I say this with discretion, that a good percentage of Catholic men who become Catholic Priests don't often fancy women. I feel there is something to be said of Priests living together in close quarters with other Priests in the rectory setting. There is a comfort zone instilled there.
This leads me to the topic of all the recent molestations of young boys which have been surfacing at a rather increasing and alarming rate...I will stop there.
Amen.

You presume too much. You presume Catholic priests are the only trying to live a sexually moral lifestyle. All people are called to chastity, not just Catholic clergy.

Once a man and a woman are married, they can engage in sex. This is morally acceptable behavior. It is not morally acceptable to engage in sex outside of marriage.

The problem with your hypothesis is that it is based on the assumption only priests are attempting to practice morally acceptable behavior, pertaining to sex that is.

You ingore the many lay-Christians who actively practice a chaste lifestyle, and you also ignore the difficulty for them.

If your conclusion was correct, there would be far more chastity-induced sex crimes from from lay Catholics than clergy. There is no such thing do priestly celibacy, in and of itself, is not the cause of the clergy sex scandals.

1) Contrary to popular belief, the Catholic Church does have married priests. Those who are not choose to be "eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven" (Matthew 19:12).

2) Marriage does not prevent child-molestation. Child molesters are actually MORE likely to be likely to be either married or formerly married than the average American man (77% v. 73%).

that's a reasonably damning piece of reporting. ninety 8% of the close by monks are gay? what number Cardinals and Bishops are then? Is the Pope? i've got consistently mentioned that monks could desire to be allowed to marry yet particularly i doubt if this has plenty to do with everyday celibacy, i think of the Catholic church now's being actively centred by potential of homosexuals who in certainty have a roof over their heads for existence, meals on the table in front of them and a existence-type which they of course savor. this is incorrect and regrettably this latest incumbent of the fisherman's shoes is merely too susceptible in the pinnacle and too bloody vainglorious to do something approximately it! He and the different idiots who attempt to conceal up or excuse this sordid behaviour are the actual ones unfavourable the Catholic Church - why do no longer they simply go away rather of being "better than chuffed with the reaction from the Vatican" ? What a load of b*lls*it!

One fish cant sum up the whole sea... Just cos of a few crazy fishes, we cant make radical judgments on the priests' fraternity.

Nowher in the world do u find dedication and sincerity in Services, Excelence in their educational institutions, etc.. commitment to their cause is more fervent than you find in other cases. that's sheerly because of their celibacy...

If thats the real case, a few 'horny' fish cant be the yardstick for judging all the fish out there in the sea.

Interestingly enough....many people go to Catholic churches and donate their money to assist the church to pay for the compensation that is required for the sins of those Fathers.

However....freedom of religion and/or the right to pay for the freedom of religious persons to abuse children is part of the culture of religion.

1 Corinthians 7
1Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman.

2Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.

3Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband.

4The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife.

5Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.

6But I speak this by permission, and not of commandment.

7For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that.

8I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, it is good for them if they abide even as I.

9But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.

The priest are putting themselves under a false system of rules and regulations that have nothing to do with the word of God. And you see the result.
