I like boys names where their initisls flow well like:
Jacob John = JJ
Tyler James = TJ
Blake James = BJ
Chad Johnathon = CJ
I always give every one a nickname. I also like a name that I can add ie or ey at the end of their name.

If I were to have another boy, I would name him Nathan Robert, only because I like the way it sounds

If I had a boy (I did!) he was always going to be called Matthew. If I had another I'd call him Jack.

Charlie, Nicholas, Michael
With these names, your son can have a lot of cool nicknames. And when he gets older, all of these names are also sophisticated, yet perfect. if he joins a sports team, they can give him a cool nickname instead of ALWAYS using the same one. Hope this helps! = )
