patches...im thinking this is an allergic reaction. im not on any new medication, i think its most likely from something i ate. So the question is, will i have to go to the Dr or will this eventually go away? Any tips on how to relieve the itchness or magically make the rash disappear entirely?

try taking a bath with baking soda (it draws) it almost sounds like hives that you got. If you are stressing alot sometimes that will cause it not sure what else does. the reason i say stress if because that's how i got mine. The first time I got mine they were kinda small and i didn't know what they were either, then my husband looked at them and said that it was scabies "Scabies I said," what is that and he said some kind of a bug. Oh my god talk about freek and needless to say my bumps got HUGH. He was full of sh__, but because I stressed over it they got bigger. It's funny now but then I didn't think it was so funny. LOL. Sometimes putting cool water on them works to. If the bumps are more like pimples it might just be dry skin and you need to put lotion on to get rid of them sunnydays

HI. A few questions for you first....
Have you had this rash before? How long have you had this rash? An allergy develops second occurrence esp if it is food or medication related. Have you been bitten by a paper wasp? Have you tried any new deodorant, perfume or soap powder? My daughter had a similar rash and we found out it was tinned spaghetti... a certain brand.
I suggest phenergan tablets which you dont need a docs script for and a trip to the doc when you can get an appointment. He might need to do a blood test to locate the source of the problem.
To relieve the current itch try calamine lotion or Hamiltons bath oil or similar from the pharmacy.
The tablets can make you sleepy though.
Of course go sooner or to hospital if your throat starts to swell.
Good luck.

Go to a pharmacy and ask the pharmacists opinion. He may advise you to see a Doctor or be able to give you something over the counter.
It sounds like you need an antihistamine, antipuretic cream to apply.
However you may require an antibiotic.
If it gets itchier when you are in the sun or near heat properly the first suggestion is all that is required.
Till you can get to a pharmacy use calamine or any thing that relieves the itch. Try not to scratch it .

Always see a Doctor first. You can take Benadryl for the itching. You can use Calamine lotion, clear to help with the rash. Don't itch it as you pop the blisters and it spreads.

I have something similar to this. For me it is a food allergy and I have to take an allergy medicine on a daily basis. Check with your doctor to be sure.

If it is on your breast, go to a doctor immediately. There is a rare but very deadly breast cancer that looks and feels like what you described. Or it could be a bug bite reaction.
