my paypal account has 26 dollars because i work online for associated content. i dint kno that i have to have a bank account or credit card to use that money online. is there a way you can increase your send limit more than $0.00

I don't think so. In order to get a Paypal account verified, you have to prove you are who you say you are first of all, then you have to prove you have a checking account, and that involves Paypal depositing two small amounts into your account. Then you have to get online with Paypal and type in the amounts they deposited into your account. Then, if they haven't changed the procedure, I think they send you an email telling you that you are verified.
Then you can access your Paypal account.
