what are some subtle signs that a girl likes you? i talk to this girl and i know her pretty well and im not sure of what her feelings are so im wondering if there are any certain gestures or actions or even small things that girls can do or ways they can act that show that they like you?

Hi Chris!!!
I'm NOT a little girl no more, but I still act like I did the first time I notice I liked some one. I giggle a lot, and I seem to find everything that the other person says so amusing!!!
Also eye contact, constant eye contact, and if you see a spark or two, then that's it!!!! If she blushes when you speak to her, or if she shows undivided attention to anything you do.
You know she likes you, when every time you look at her she smiles.
Or even hides if she is the shy type. If she keeps sending messages with friends or keep giving you little mementos, for any occasion.
You'll know she likes you when you perceive from far away that some is looking at you, then you turn and there is her!!!

There's no blanket answer.... each girl is unique. In my personal view, though, subtle hints could be.... she goes out of her way just to have a few minutes with you, she defends you when others joke about you, she makes a big deal out of little encounters, she always pays attention to you when you speak.... yeah.

Heres a test you can do:
Step into her personal space bubble, if she steps back she most likely doesnt like you (Unless shes very touchy about her 'bubble')
If she doesn't move away then she most likely likes you
BUT, if you have been friends for a long time she may just feel comfortable being that close around you so be careful.

Yeah...the signs listed above are true...BUT..a lot of girls will display those signs without it meaning anything...I mean, she might do all of those things and still "just want to be friends". And then she'll just use you for the attention that she gets from you. Girls often use guys in that way....she'll just use you for your friendship when it's convenient for her...and then you'll be her little heart-broken puppy. Don't fall for it.

most girls show that they like a guy is by laughing at his jokes, making eye contact with you all the time..smiling at you meaningfully, and you just know it if you just look into her eyes...

The eyes are the windows of our soul and you can read into a person's smile if it is saying, 'You are a fine person and I want to be with you as long as possible'. Don't fall for any phony smile that attracts you off in another direction, only to leave you stranded and alone.
10. Someone who sees you as beautiful, inside and out.
You know you aren't perfect. There are only too many examples of you looking around and thinking that you have flaws and aren't like the people on television. The person who loves you sees you through eyes of acceptance with no conditions. As you gain a few pounds and your hair gets thin, the person who sees you as attractive, inviting, and appealing is the person who loves you all the way, no strings or demands.
Nowadays, it's really important to know who loves you. Everything in our society is throw away, and many people have carried that over into the most important relationships in their lives. Think hard and look carefully. People who love you , like comfortable clothes, are easy on the heart, mind, and soul.
