Everytime I find someone that is interested in me there is always something that's a problem (for example: we're too far apart in age, they live too far away, etc.) I've tried long distance relationships before and it doesn't satisfy me. I want someone I can spend time with in person. I would try to find someone around my area but I don't know who to ask. My friend told me that I shouldn't go around looking that I should just wait for the right person to come along? What should I do?

You can't just sit around and wait, because the right guy might be right in front of you. However, don't go out and search for it, because you will never find it. It's a difficult situation, and I'm kinda in the same boat. Just make yourself available, and enjoy what life has to offer.

Well basically, you shouldn't go looking around for a relationship, rather look for friends, and then once you become close to them a relationship might develop (I never got into a relationship until I "gave up", but then I got really, really close to one of my friends, and you get the point.)
