She hasn't eaten anything unusual as far as I know, but it took her a LONG long time to poop out a tiny bit of poo, about 1.5-2 inches long, and 1/2 inch wide. It seemed like she wasn't done, but she wasn't able to do any more. Is that a bad sign to something?

It is common for dogs to become constipated, just as humans do.. give her a spoon of canned pumpkin with her food, or she can have metamucile sprinkled over her food. If she has no corn allergies, canned creamed corn will help her too..
Encourage her to drink more, by giving her canned broth..My guess is, that she was a bit cold, so didn't drink enough today.

I have NEVER heard of a vet giving meds 'in case he had a reaction'..... to normal vaccination. What were the meds? What 'trouble' is he having poohing? Passing a stool, or maybe not going (constipation)? Frankly I can only advise you speak to your vet about what might be going on with your dog. Add - What 'reaction' did he have that made you think he needed some of this medication? Add 2 - Okay, so this wasn't routine puppy vaccination? Sorry, I have no experience of vaccine for Lymes' so again, I'd call the vet about what might be going on.

well if it were you what would you think? might just be constipated. if it continues and she doesn't have a bowel movement tomorrow or seems like she's in any kind of pain whatsoever take her to the vet now. if she's panting heavy, not moving or lethargic. sometimes constipation is just that, but other times it's a sign of something more serious.

It could be constipation.

Or, my dog had a problem with arthritis in her legs, and she had problems actually getting into and staying in the position to poop and squeeze it out. It was painful for her. You might want to see if its something like that.

How old is the dog? Is this the first time you have seen this happen? What type of food is she eating? How much? Any unususal behavior lately? Many questions. Good luck!!
