Ministry of External Affairs has a TATKAL scheeme, where you have to pay a couple of thousand rupees extra fee, and get your documents verified by a officer of the rank of district magistrate, and you will be able to get it, you also have to go to the passport office and convince the passport officer that the passport is needed urgently.
