for a life to sustain.....there should be a right type of atmosphere......this includes oxygen or carbon dioxide, temperature ranging from -50 to 50 degree celcius , water , and elements like Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen etc.......all this is available on earth in the desired amount......life was started with the development of a single cell......a cell is made up of N,O,C and other elements....as it further evolved new and more complex life forms were given birth to......on other planets in the solar system one or more things needed for life were absent.

On this planet Earth are Human Beings.
Human Beings have a Brain.
They can think and judge and communicate and philosophise and imagine and hallucinate and be creative etc., etc.,
There are but limits to their knowledge because of the vastness of space.
They are also confronted with physical limitations.
But they have an excessively inflated Ego which makes them believe that 'nothing is impossible' and they know everything and can achieve anything.
So they not being able to answer the puzzle of their own existence created a God.
Then they made the God create everything (including Humans).
Since they could not think beyond the earth and with no means or ability to find the truth if there was any, they made God decide that the earth was the best place in the universe for humans to exist.
And also made God decide that there were no wise creatures anywhere in his creation besides Humans.
This information was then passed on to the rest of the beings in the name of God (as Gods chief and patent rights spokesmen with many clauses for the punishment of those who dared to disbelieve !!

your question is a silly one, if god created on the moon then one would assume that the moon would be called home and earth, or perhaps the planet mercury would be called earth, as to why god created on one planet and not on several, look at how bad our traffic is right now, imagine a solar system full of traffic, our solar system would be called LA traffic.

Creation of living beings are spontaneous action of the NATURE and not God. So it depends upon the nature's suitability. Moreover we can't affirm that there is no living being in any of the planets.

Once a fly was sitting on the celling, he saw the home owner walking on the floor, he said to one of his fellow fly,
"How fooloish these humans are. Look they spend money to make a celling and than walk on the floor."

God had nothing to do with it. Life did not arise on other bodies because conditions were not favorable for it to do so.
