In july last year my car was vandalised on the street i live and claimed for the first time , the car was written off and I was paid but after 6 months the same thing has happened on the same street with different car though.Will the insurance pay me.can some one help.

After the second time I would be outside with a shotgun to blow away the first person that gets near my car. I'd worry about insurance later. Oh yeah they have to pay you, just like you have to pay them.

I would hope you are covered. You have paid for insurance after all. Hope so anyway, as my car was written off after an attempted theft just before Christmas and I'm umm-ing and ah-ing about replacing it.

they will pay out but your insurance will go up next renewal after 2 claims

You can claim as many times as you like on your insurance, and they will have to pay out.

They have a contract with you to pay for any damage to your car, so they are legally bound to pay, your premium will go up at your next renewal date as you will be seen as a bad risk though.

yes is the short answer. though i suspect you will be asked for a police incident number and your premium will rocket on your renewal.

Yes they will pay, but your premiums will go through the roof.

I guess I'm wondering why you don't ask your insurance agent. So why haven't you?
