he is my basicly best friend before crush an so that is why i'm helping him with this girl. the both like each other an she is a close friend 2.
man o man i went with 3 people 2 dinner 2night (including him) an the other girl (who had dated him; there was another guy also) still liked him an was flirting with him. then she left an it was me an the 2 guys. i really like him an i had already told the other guy, and he was basicly hinting my crush that i liked him. then he was going to talk 2 my crush privatley but 1st he turned around an i liped i didn't like him (which is not true). so then the guy said never mind.
i still feel like i'm crying!

Well I am not really sure how old you are, but it sounds like you are playing the friend card, not only to the girl, but to the boy, and that is a dangerous place to be. if this girl finds out you are in love with the guy you are trying to hook her up with, she could turn it on you and be mad at you, and this could cause more drama, which means more tears... if you like this boy, stop helping him get with another girl, be a little stand offish, and stop being best friends with boys you love. Although, sometimes you think it is more than just friends, and when you finally get around to dating them, you realize they were better off as just a friend, so it might not even be worth it.
But if you do feel as strongly as you think, you have a couple options. Is the friendship worth hiding all your feelings? If you think you would loose his as a friend if you showed some interest, I would say its not worth it, but if he is nice and caring and worth actually being with, then take the plunge, flirt a little, and see what happens? You are already feeling terrible, it can't get much worse, besides, what if there is a future, don't you want to know.... anyway, good luck in whatever you chose, and if he does pick the other girl, you better look really good the next time he sees you so he realizes he made a huge mistake :)

oooh. I thing I'm going to be sick. I just had a jr. high flashback. Look over the question from a strangers point of view and try to see what they would see. Take a deep breath. 1. You never know, he may like you in the future. 2. If he ever does like you in the future, you may not care about him anymore at that point. 3. Why are you helping him get another girl? Ask him to go with you. 4. I can almost promise you you have an infatuation issue, not a love issue.

Did you say that you are helping this guy that you like to hook-up with someone else? If so, you deserve to cry. Just maybe, if you didn't try to hook him up with someone else, he may start to like you! And whats wrong with the other girl, she can't get a guy on her own?
