I have a recipe that calls for 2/3 cup couscous mixture, but I've never heard of this.. TY in advance

It's a pasta. It has a very small like large grained texture in appearance and can be prepared by just placing couscous in a bowl and covering it with boiling water,seal with plastic wrap and let sit until water is absorbed. Toss with fork. Then you can flavor with a little lemon, olive oil and chopped scallions. Use like a side dish. ( you have to use appropriate measured amounts according to recipe or amount of servings needed of couscous and water)
You can buy couscous in the bulk sections of most large grocery stores.

Not sure what it is but, I checked a recipe website and the had several couscous recipes to choose from.

You may find it in the foreign food section of a supermarket, or at an import store.

its very tiny pasta almost looks like coarse sand, you can buy it in any grocery store
