run 3-5 kilometer a day, throw hundreds of kicks/punch everyday, lifting weight for an hour(not everyday) ,bodyweight training everyday(pushups ect) rope skipping everyday.
above is my version of training which which i do everyday.

now i want more hardcore training and please give me your suggestion for my new training plan. better more hardcore than above...

I have my toning and light cardio days and my Intense Cardio days.
My toning/light cardio days consist of lifting weights, completing a variety of toning excercises and finishing off with run or a swim. It last for over an hour and a half and is meant for endurance.
My High Intensity Cardio consist of some sport that is non stop, finished up with Iron Mikes and Up hill Sprints.
Sometimes I swim patterened laps in the pool, play tennis or play indoor soccor.

well instead of running 3.5km try running 3.5 miles in 30min.Then without takin any rest do rope skipping 1500 times, then cycling-try to go more than 6 miles within 20 mins.Next do various free hands exerxises for 45min(pull ups,push ups,etc).If u can can then do Kick boxing for 30 min(remeber no breaks and the style must be appropriate, u have 2 move ur whole body such cricling the punching bag while doin boxin). Then weight trainings for more 1 hours.ABS exercise for more 40 min.And before u take shower try swimming for 30 min.This are the thing what i do and i lost 65 kgs in a year.Takecare
