She has told me she wants to talk in person and that our friendship is as good as ever. I thought I was losing her friendship lately when she started talking to me less and touching me less. How will she respond?

she's already told you--she wants to be friends and just friends.
she was made uncomfortable and that's why she's talking less, but she did tell you your friendship is good--so she's already responded.

well if she's told you that she wants to talk in person then a lovenote by email may have not been your best bet....

however, just be open with her if she asks you about it, tell her how you feel, there is always the risk of rejection, but if she's worth it then go for it all the way!!!

I can't assume why she's been "touching" you less, I have nothing to base that statement on, like what do you mean even?... does she have a boyfriend or a prospect? Then you'd best hurry up with your intentions or you'll be the shoulder she's cryin on bout this new dude
