so i met this guy two yrs ago and he went back to his homeland and i am younger than him he promises to wait on me and he calls everyday and tells me he loves me and encourages me and tes me i am beautiful and when i have exams he heps me to study and always tells me that i can do anything
is it love though? or is he playin me?

It is natural and common to those admirer to do such things:
like calling everyday, encouraging you, helping you in exam.
There are many things to prove and only time can tell:
Ask yourself this:
Do I want to be more like this person?
Are you happy and satisfied with his personality right now?
Does this person believe that "doing the right thing" is more important than personal comfort?
How does s/he treat people s/he doesn't have to be nice to?
Can I depend on this person to do what s/he says s/he's going to do?
Is s/he emotionally stable?
