99% of bulldogs have to be artificially inseminated. They can't breed by themselves. Breeding bulldogs is NOT something you should do unless you know the breed well. There are a lot of things that can go wrong. I have owned bulldogs for 6 years and we just lost our female due to complications while she was pregnant. They also have to be delivered by c-section. It is not a cheap thing to do and you won't make hardly any profit it you do it right and keep the parents and pups healthy.

Some bulldogs can be bred naturally, but they have such unnaturally shaped bodies that in many cases the male is incapable of inseminating a female without AI. They are a whelping nightmare as well--around 95% have to be delivered via C section.

Yes, English bulldogs can breed obviously or there wouldn't be any anymore, but I think they have certain complications and should be bred by a professional or at least someone with experience. Hope that helps.

There's no such thing as an Enlish Bulldog as far as I'm aware, But English bulldogs would be extinct if they could not breed.

Certainly Bulldogs can breed but you may have heard about how they have trouble giving birth. My vet (she is also a good friend) told me that almost 90% or bulldogs need to be delivered by cesarean section by a Vet.

Yes they can breed, but only with human help, as they are not physically built to reach one another in the only position dogs mate, and since dogs don't have sex, or any sexual tendency, a human must position the female differently in order for the male to be able to penetrate her.

not successfully by themselves. yes they can be bred, but the reason they are still in existance in their currant form is mainly because of human intervention. they are oh so cute, but a complete genetic nightmare! yes it has happened, but it's not often that a male can successfully mount a female and impregnate her and the female can deliver the pups without c-section. if it were not for them being so ugly they are cute and great companions in the right hands they probably would have been gone a long time ago.
