1-The Assumption of the Virgin Mary, which is taught not only by Catholics but also Orthodoxs (they call it the Dormition).
If you do not believe it maybe you can tell, where is the tomb and body of Mary?
2-Other people will say purgatory and praying to saints, but they are actually in the Bible:

Purgatory:
---1 Jn. 5:16-17 - If anyone sees his brother sinning, if the sin is not deadly, he should pray to God and he will give him life. This is only for those whose sin is not deadly (There is mortal and venial sins)
---Rev. 21:27 - nothing unclean shall enter heaven
---Heb. 12:22-23 - All spirits of just man in heaven have been made perfect.
(there are more)

Praying to saints: (note: pray means to talk to them, not to worship them)
---Tob. 12:12 - An angel presented Tobit and Sarah's prayer to God
---Heb. 12:1 - we are surrounded by a cloud of witnesses
---Heb. 12:22-23 - you have approached Mount Zion and the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and countless angels in festal gathering, and the assembly of the firstborn enrolled in heaven, (How do we approach them if not by talking to them?)
---Rev. 5:8 - ... ..the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each of the elders held a harp and gold bowls filled with incense, which are the prayers of the holy ones
(there are more.)
God bless

All ancient religious teachings were originally oral traditions.

The Gospels, most of the Gospels are believe not to have been written just by Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Some of the Gospels were written by their followers therefore, the 4 evangelists had to pass these stories down to their followers some how.

James O You examine the Catechism and then examine the Bible. The Church is a few distance, some distance faraway from conformity with scriptures. Praying to each person except Jehovah God via his son Jesus is inaccurate. little ones and adults might want to not be reciting empty unnecessary words and make contact with them prayers. Celibacy isn't scriptural, Immortality of soul isn't scriptural, trinity isn't scriptural, Hellfire isn't scriptural. The Pope isn't scriptural and he's not the Holy Father. he's a human who is going to die and bypass nowhere. desire some help with this, contact me or anybody of Jehovah's Witnesses. we are able to gladly help you locate perfect solutions.
