i know someone who got money more than the tax in march? i dunno how. i am resident in ohio.

The only Refundable tax credit* is the Earn Income Credit. its a percentage of your income(if you don't make enough)
**Refundable tax credit is money that the governent give you back even though you didn't pay any taxes.

there is a credit for poor people, with kids, with jobs, and no welfare, called earned income credit. It pays money, more than you paid them, but of course you have to fit that criteria. Its explained on the tax forms.
