Hey, I'm a soph. in high school, and I like this freshman girl who is in my first period spanish class...I told one or two of my friends that I like her and a crap load of people know now, I think even the girl I like knows now... I havn't really spoken to her much, and She has a boyfriend whos in my grade.(not really nervious about him) I cant seem to talk to her though, I usually dont get this shy around girls, but I guess something is off. I'm nervous that if I wait, she wont break up with her boyfriend. Should I wait for them to break up, or start talking to her now?

Heck, if Tennis is your favorite sport then use that angle. Don't tell people that you like someone next time. Unlesss it's an extreme situation: (ie: you blew your chance to tell her and you won't see her again but you have a contact that knows her in ..say.. another city, state, etc.) But you're in H.S. and you see her everyday, so just go ahead and tell Her. Confidence is the key, and be yourself. Speak up! The situation can't be yours unless you try to take it! Don't wait, just let her know.

If she has a b/f you're probablly wasting your time. You should never really try to get someone to break up with someone else but there's nothing wrong with talking to her and being friends while she's with him. Everyone's probablly going to know why you're doing it but if you really like her anyway then you should want to be her friend whether or not you can date her. I'd suggest being friends and if she breaks up with her b/f later you'll have an even better opening as long as she likes you as a friend and she could always decide on her own that she's rather be dating someone like you than her b/f and break up with him on her own to try and get with you... that happens alot in high school anyway lol.

Don't try and break them up. Keep her in mind and if you find out she breaks up with the guy, ask her if she'd like to play tennis with you one day.

Try to become friends with her, but don't try to break them up. That might be a move against you and you will end up with nobody. You have to start from somewhere if you want her to be your lady. Good luck!!!

You should start by being a friend to her and her boyfriend.

Just be yourself.

Smile and get connected as a friend

Approach her and make yourself known.

Listen to her problem and be dependable

Have a good intention and be yourself.

first off let me tell you i have been there. second off don't let anyone else know how you feel. yes she does know but it would come better if she heard it from you. just let her know how you feel in a joking way. then let whatever happens happen. good luck and please keep me posted. milksgirl2
