Yeah, you pretty much have it. Toothpaste dries it out and then it goes away with a day or two. Good luck sweetie, sounds like you have a big date or something important coming up soon...

Try putting a dab of regular toothpaste on pimples.

It really works. Smells good too. Non-gel toothpastes work best, like Pepsodent regular.

Don't use baby lotion, it will only add oil.

Use moisturizer after washing off the next morning.

hot water soap then cold water is YES advisable. rubbing alcohol is a no-no for the face. too strong for your facial skin. baby lotion is too moist for your face either which could invite bacteria. toothpaste i dont think so. anyways try lemon juice. it's rich with vitamin C and it acts like a facial mask. never touch your face or prick a pimple and drink lots of water. hydration helps bring out a glow on your face. and rest and sleep really works. they also said do not lie on your face while sleeping.

Hot water and soap then cold water would be the best and most normal solution but if you want to go ballistic try raw egg on your face. No guarantees it will work but my bro used if for his face when he had breakouts. Its some old wives remedy my mom knew.

Whoa! Washing is good. If your skin is greasy, rubbging alcohol is a good drying agent. Baby lotion won't help neither will toothpaste-I saw it on Tyra Banks it doesn't work.

Try applying some peroxide with a Q-tip a few times a day.
good luck.

You can use the thick stuff that collects at the rim of the top of a bottle of Milk of Magnesia(a laxative). I used this remedy 25 years ago and it worked well, it helped to dry up the breakout and it tightened the skin. I am not making this up, this really works!

Use Ivory soap. before you go to sleep just rub a liile bit on the problem area and go to sleep. It usually workd for me just over night, or enough that its not so noticeable. I've tried other soaps but nothing worked for me like ivory, hey that could be a commercial. good luck
