may be not, and especially a good company like sony, canon, olympic, kodak, and trust me none of these companies are going to sell digital camera for that price. itz probably some unknown company that nobody has ever known except for the person who is selling it. and you know wat, ask the person who is selling it, ask them how much did they get it for and why are they selling it soooo cheap! i mean honestly digital cameras are not that cheap. so you know invest more than $15 on a digital camera, i m sure by now you can buy a good resolution for even $100. just look around. just be patient

You get what you pay for.. The quality will probably suck! I saw one the other day for 10 bucks and it looked cheap!

Probably horrible, but look at the megapixel, anything over 4 mgp is half decent. especially for that price.
