I would like to become fat during 1 weak but with natural foods?with out side effects.

simple, drink LOTS of water and you will very quickly gain wieght. You could probably safely gain as much as 10 or 15 pounds of water wieght in a week. There would be non side effects because you are not quickly packing on extra fat, and you could quickly loose the wieght after the week was up.

Boxers/wrestlers do just the opposite just before a fight. They don't drink any water and do excessive amounts of running to sweat off 5-10 pounds in a day or two. This can allow them to enter into lower wieght categories and be more succesful.

You would have to drink lots of water though, 10 or more large glasses a day I would say.

Natural Foods cannot make you FAT.

you need to have a lot of butter and cheese and sleep and avoid exercises.

being fat is not healthy just for your body but also for your pocket.better to be medium or slim rather than fat

Keep on eating healthy foodslots of times and you should gain some extra pounds (hopefully)

weak???? i don't think you use that to count time..i believe that's strength..
