The girl I had sort of been dating for like 2 months just called and left me a message asking me to call her. She was kind of ignoring me for pretty much the entire Christmas break and a little before that, so I sent her a txt message saying that if she didn't want to be with me it would be ok, but that I wished she would tell me instead of ignoring my calls. Why do you think she called? (I called back, but haven't gotten a response yet).

Why did she ignore you all that time and then left you a message?
Could've been confusion. Could've been a lot of things. How old is she? Teenagers and ppl in their twenties can sometimes be fickle. Give her some time to sort things through. She's probably just trying to find her way to tell you something she doesn't know how to voice.

I think she's playing hard to get. She probably read "The Rules" which tell women to never call a guy and rarely return his calls. You have to chase her like crazy if you want to catch her. Only stop if she tells you flat out "Don't call me anymore." Otherwise she's just playing her silly little game. Good luck.

Sounds to me like she wants to blow you off but doesn't have the heart to want to tell you. You have the same feeling yourself if you txt messaged her and told her so. Let her go and find someone else maybe she will get jealous and return once she sees that it doesn't bother you anymore.

I don't mean to be the barer of bad news, buy it probably means 1 of 2 things, either she was apologizing for ignoring you or that she is going to break up with you.

it could be anything. prepare yourself for the worse case senario that shes found someone else but also be prepared for her to say that she was just busy. but you really need to talk to her first
