Between 123 and 160 for a girl your age, depending on your bone structure.

the rule/guideline is this: 5 feet = 100 pounds - each inch over that you add (depending upon bone structure) approximately 5 pounds - so an "average" for 5'10" is 150 pounds - now the thing to accept is not the number on the scale but how you feel, look and how healthy your are. There are many people at that height that weigh 200 pounds, athletic, healthy, and wear a size 12 or 14 and look fantastic. I hope this helps!

small frame- 110-120 medium frame-- 120-127 large frame--127-134. BUt you shouldn't worry about how much you weigh right now because your still growing, so I'd say anywhere under 140 is ok, but it all depends on how your body distributes the weight. I know a girl who's 135 pounds but looks really skinny, so just don't worry about it.
