About 2 years ago I was taking Paxil twice a day and it left me feeling lethargic during the day - but not really tired. I started taking Welbutrin during the day and Paxil at night (under my doctor's guidance) and found it made a huge improvement.

Over time, using Paxil can indeed make some people tired. If it does, then try a different anti-depressant. Sometimes it takes trying several different kinds to get the right one for your body chemistry.

I was very tired when I first went on paxil.....infact it took a few months before this stopped. My bigger problem with the paxil was weight gain.....and then high blood preasure because of the extra weight.

yes. i used to sleep anywheres between 11 and 13 hours a day.

if it really bothers you...go to your doctor. they may be able to prescribe you a different type of medication that wouldn't do this to you.
