Interesting question. I have heard and seen in the news media only black africans have reported cases of HIV/AIDS. The picture is that they are wild sexual creatures, while everyone else are perfect angels.

Either more balanced reporting needs to be underway, or one needs to question why only Black Africans have been infected with AIDS.

By the time the AIDS message got to rural communities the damage was done. Remember incubation can be up to 10 years. There was also a problem with traditional culture. It is a bit hard to promote birth control when people need to have lots of children for when they are elderly. AIDS was first discovered in the early 80's (if you believe that) and the old Nat government did very little in the way of prevention or education, again the measures arrived too late. AIDS kills poor Africans, I often wonder if African governments do not really care as it is a convenient and legal way of disposing of the bottom end of society that no one wants and is a burden and also curbing the population explosion. This is morally bankrupt but I don't trust any government. India and China are also AIDS timebombs and they also suffer from overpopulation.

If AIDS was caused by starvation, wouldn't feeding an AIDS victim cure the disease? And wouldn't AIDS then never be seen in places without starvation? I seriously doubt that not a single case of AIDS has been reported in white South Africans. However, even if that were true, lifestyle differences other than nutrition could explain it.

AIDS among Black Africans is like the Tuskegee Experiment all over again.

I believe there are many ways to build up the immune system as a means to help ward off many diseases. There needs to by more studies conducted on using healthy food as medicine; rather than using harmful chemicals such as AZT to treat dieases. Those harmful chemicals, and their industrial manufactering process cause illness on thier way to your local pharmacy.

Please understand that AIDS is caused by exchanging bodily fluids with an infected person.
There are white South-Africans with AIDS. I'm sure that there are many cultural, economic and educational related reasons that white South-Africans have AIDS in much smaller percentages than blacks.
Also, there are many less white South-Africans.
