my best friend says he can't perform sex because he has tourettes syndrom.

thats a load. i have tourettes and theres no way he cant do it unless he has the urge to bit her.

Tourette's shouldn't negatively impact his ability to perform sexually. Maybe he's on an antidepressant or another medication for his Tourette's that has sexual side effects. People with Tourette's may take a low dose of an antipsychotic to help manage their tics, and these can also have negative sexual effects.

Ha! I have Tourette's and can assure you that it doesn't interfere with sex. Our two kids are proof haha.

Anyway the only connection I can see is maybe your friend hits, bites, jumps, etc and is embarassed.

One thing has nothing to do with the other. Tourettes is Neurological. He may just be embarrassed about it.
