im 13 i am 113 pounds i dont eat meat or seafood i exercise when i can and tryu not to eat alot but i think im really really fat and i dont like how i look at all i always wear baggie shirts so people cant see my body .. so someone please help me .. thanks

I think maybe you should talk to someone. 113 is not a lot to weigh. In fact 113, depending on your height is really little. Unless your role models are nicole ritchie and mary kate olson, in which case you have a serious problem that you should seek proffessional help for.

first of all when you mature you gain weight...it's natural. don't worry about your weight kiddo...113 may seem like a lot, but it's probably all muscles from all your activities. you're only 13 don't be worried about your weight. don't be influenced by the people you see in magazines because they do not live a healthy lifestyle and come on kiddo nicole richie is like a stick, you want to be a stick!!!!!! sticks are ugly. you need some curvature. richie's bones are like sticking out. don't worry about what other people think about you, just feel confident about yourself and have a positive image of yourself. looks aren't all, it's what lies beneath!

i think u should drink energy drinks and exercise more and don't let your weight stop u eat meat and stuff. Live your life. it will not last for ever i should know i was like that to. Now i am 19 and i lost lots of pounds just doing what everyone else is doing.

I think you should keep busy w/ something u like. Something like drawing or take up a ceramic class or even knitting or something. It will take your focus off food and how fat you feel and focus on something fun. Then when your done you will have gained some confidence for yourself and think a bit logically. I think teenagers usually think this way. But try something or even a sport like volleyball at school or basketball. You won't have time to think like this...LOL! Smile...put your MP3 player on and go for a nice walk w/ your mom or take the dog.
There's so much more to life than thinking you are fat. Choose to think positive.

don't worry about it. it'll fill out. if you eat a reasonable amount of meat it helps, the protein helps accelerate the matabalism. and don't worry about it too much. many people i know filled out about 9th grade.
