It realy confuses me when a girl flirts with me a couple of days 3-4 then stops. I then talk to them and we talk for a while but it wasnt like it was when we were flirting and things go back to normal.

I think the girl got bored because you didn't make your move fast enough. She was probably really wanting you to ask her out but when you didn't she moved on and figured you didn't like her or didn't want to go out with her. If it has only been like a few days since the flirting stoped you can ask them out on a casual date like coffe or come watch my football game. If it has been a while you should move on becuase so has she. Good luck with all this.

i think that either means she was just being a normal girl and flirting with any guy she sees
or she is actually somwhat interested in you but maybe feels that she is being too much of a flirt and wants to mellow down and maybe take things more seriously

you have somewhere in the mist of talking to these girls been selfish, obviously you are looking for more than just a friend and you may want to make it point to lay all your cards on the table in the beginning of your conversation,..however ask her to understand that you are looking for a constant friend ,not someone who may or may not be able to work you into their agenda....good luck
