Anaphalactic shock? If you're allergic to a food item and you don't know that is one sure way to tell that you should not eat that item. If your throat closed while eating the nexxt thing ( after going straight to the hospital ) would be to get an allergy test to find out for sure what you are allergic to an avoid it at all costs
