Dude hes 16 hes a guy and hes growing into a man. He is experimenting. Yes its too bad you walked in on him. Sit him down and tell him you don't want to ever have to see that again and he should not do that when there are people home. Plus what is wrong with white girls? I went through lots of phases growing up Hispanic guys, then Asian guys, white guys. I'm white and my boyfriend is Mexican so who cares? Opposites attract don't be so close minded. I think your brother will be fine, but I would look into any issues you may be having.

Well.. I believe your brother is at the age he can't really control himself. Furthermore, it seems that he doesn't have any reasons as to why he shouldn't do it because he give in to his desire. You might want him to read some religious text. Perhaps you can keep him busy by asking him to do something so he is occupied (healthy activities like sports, martial arts, etc.) and sexual desires would not occurs that frequently.
