I told this guy I was sending him a photo of me and he texted me back a few times telling me he never got the photo. It did seem like he was really intrested in seeing the photo I sent him. Finally he sent me a text back and said, I got it, nice picture. Do you think he likes me and the photo?

It depends. Are you pretty? Do other people tell you you're pretty? If so, he probably likes you and the photo.
